ATTENTION: When first signing up for our online ordering site, please carefully enter and check your store details (especially address). We need to make sure our couriers will deliver to your correct address, and avoid re-delivery fees from the courier, which we may need to pass on to you.

All prices are shown Ex. GST. 10% GST applies to all products.

Unit Price is our wholesale price.

RRP shown on our ordering site means Suggested Retail Price (SRP). The RRP or SRP is only a suggested retail sell price and can be used as a guide by our customers if needed. The RRP/SRP is shown exclusive of 10% GST.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.

ORDERING: No minimum order value.

Our minimum shipping (freight) charge is $24.00 plus GST and this covers packaging, handling and shipping of your order. Our minimum shipping charge of $24.00 should cover most orders up to $500 value (at which point our FREE FREIGHT kicks in as shown below). At this time we ship using Australia Post or Sendle to your door.

For orders over $500 ex. GST (excluding any discounts, store feed and sample packs) FREE FREIGHT applies.

For orders of $750 ex. GST and above (excluding any discounts, store feed and sample packs) - a 10% discount will be provided.

Delivery is to a physical address only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or similar.

Payment can be made by bank deposit to our nominated account which is shown on your invoice. Credit/Debit Cards payments can be made via PAYPAL and we will provide these details if required.

Full payment is required prior to order being despatched.

STORE FEED: Store Feed bags may not be resold, re-packed or used for maintenance accounts. These are for exclusive use in-store only. For orders under $500, up to two 1lb/454gm Store Feed bags can be added to the order. For orders over $500, up to two 5lb/2.27kg Store Feed bags can be added to the order. Store Feed and Sample Bags are not included in the discounts and do not count towards minimum order values for free freight and/or discounts.

SAMPLE BAGS: Customer Sample Bags are packed 25 to a bag and cost you $12.50/25 samples. Each sample bag is retail priced at 50c for sale to your customers who want to try Xtreme. If you want the program to work and to achieve best results from the samples, please offer them for sale and give your customer a 50c discount when they return the empty sample bag to your store and purchase a pack of Xtreme Fish Food. This will get your customer to return to your store and make a new purchase, a win-win for your store.

DESPATCH: We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. We will provide your final invoice and tracking once the order has been despatched. We ship Xtreme from our Brisbane location, so please allow for delivery times depending on your location around Australia. Delivery only. Sorry, we are only a small business and currently cannot provide an order pick up option.

CLAIMS: We want you to be happy with your order. Please let us know of any damages (photos please), short delivery or any other issues within 48 business hours of order delivery. Of course, we would also love to hear from you if you are completely happy with your order and our service.

USE OF INFORMATION: Once your online registration with WSE Wholesale has been approved and you have placed and paid for your first order of products, we reserve the right to list your store or business name, address, email, website and phone on our WSE Wholesale Website Stockists Page and also on Store Locator pages which our supplier's may operate on their own web pages. We do this, so consumers can be assisted to find your store as a product stockist of brands which WSE Wholesale represents and distributes. We see this as a win-win for your business.

Our customers may use the product details, information and images which we provide on this site, our social media pages and our informational website (www.wsewholesale.com.au) for their own sites, social media and marketing purposes, provided all usage and promotion is undertaken positively. WSE Wholesale does not authorise or allow any negative or derogatory use of the product details, information and images which we provide on these sites, our social media, or our printed material.
